Why are you running for office? my goals for the next legislative session are: Reduce reliance on the property tax by fully funding municipal revenue sharing and increase funding for education Work on tax reform Work on securing a healthy, safe and secure retirement for our seniors Work on reviewing economic development tax incentives and focus on those proven to work.

What, if anything, would you change about welfare?The best assistance program is a good job and access to training and education. The state of Maine is providing benefits for some employers who don't pay their workers a living wage or provide benefits such as health insurance.
